Ted brings nearly thirty years of expertise in commercial construction, beginning his career on a demolition crew and advancing to serve as a Project Manager for more than twenty years.
Throughout his career, Ted has demonstrated a strong commitment to leading projects that set industry standards.

Brian Asa
Director of Operations
Responsible for leading all construction operations across multiple commercial projects. Balances strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, ensuring projects are executed safely, successfully, and efficiently. Works closely with ownership, project teams, and the field to standardize processes, develop people, and scale operations without losing quality or control.
