The Craft plan
The project connected three distinct environments: the interior dining room, a commercial kitchen and an outdoor courtyard. Craft coordinated the front-of-house finishes and back-of-house requirements around UNLV’s active campus, creating a dining destination with both indoor and outdoor gathering spaces.
